💼 What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- Equivalent to 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Graphic Designer.
Technical Skills :
- Wireframing & Prototyping : Skilled in creating sketches, wireframes, UI/UX designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Visual Design : Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
- Information Architecture (IA) : Ability to structure app/web content for an intuitive user experience.
- UI Kit & Design System : Experienced in developing and maintaining consistent UI components for digital products.
- Usability Testing : Proficient in conducting user testing to evaluate and refine UI/UX designs.
Soft Skills :
- Problem-Solving : Analyzes user and stakeholder challenges to deliver effective UI/UX design solutions.
- Empathy : Deeply understands user needs and behaviors to create intuitive experiences.
- Collaboration : Works effectively with developers, business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, and researchers.
- Communication : Clear and concise in presenting ideas, design rationale, and feedback.
