Job description for UI/UX Desainer at PT Idekreatif Menusa Teknologi

Tanggung Jawab (Jobdesk)

Membuat user flow, wireframe, dan arsitektur informasi yang intuitif
Mendesain visual antarmuka (high-fidelity) yang estetis dan modern.
Membuat prototipe interaktif (clickable prototype) untuk uji coba.
Menyusun design system yang rapi dan konsisten.
Melakukan design handoff (serah terima aset) secara terstruktur kepada tim developer.

Kualifikasi (Job Spec)

Memiliki portofolio UI/UX nyata yang wajib dilampirkan (menampilkan proses UX & visual).
Menguasai Figma secara mendalam (auto-layout, components, variants).
Paham prinsip User-Centered Design (UCD) dan responsif desain.
Mampu bekerja mandiri sesuai deadline proyek tanpa pengawasan ketat.
Memiliki komunikasi yang baik untuk sesi feedback dan kolaborasi remote.
