About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented UAT & HRIS Implementation Specialist to support the rollout of our HRIS system in new markets. This role requires expertise in user acceptance testing (UAT), system implementation, and human resources processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of our HRIS platform to meet the needs of our global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HRIS modules to ensure system functionality, usability, and compliance with business requirements.
- Work with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues before deployment.
- Assist in HRIS system configuration, customization, and implementation for new markets.
- Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation for system enhancements and new implementations.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth system integration with payroll, benefits, and other HR processes.
- Identify areas for system improvement and recommend enhancements based on user feedback.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in different markets during system implementation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR major preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRIS implementation, UAT testing, or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for system implementation and training sessions.
