Position: Risk Analyst – Risk Operations Analyst – GRAB VIETNAM
- Location: CMC CREATIVE SPACE - 27B Street 19 - Tan Thuan Manufacturing Area - Tan Thuan Dong Ward - District 7
- Working hours: Flexible working time
1. Responsibilities:
❖ Get to know the team:
A Risk Ops Analyst plays an essential part in Grab Financial Group. We make an impact by ongoing development and new processes
❖ Get to know the role:
He/She has proficiency in his or her subject; the proficiency that generally comes from experience, ability to learn fast, transfer of knowledge to others, willingness to accept new responsibilities, multitask and good work ethics.
❖ The Day-to-Day Activities
1/ Functional
• Perform KYB (Know-Your-Business) and KYC (Know-Your-Customer) audit according to establish processes and guidelines.
• Fulfill expected target while maintaining quality of work.
• Support other members to achieve team’s goal
• Other duties as assigned by Management or reporting Line Manager.
2/ Customer - Meet the customer metrics (CSAT) and NPS target for business
3/ Financial - Contribute towards cost saving and financial optimization projects.
4/ People - Culture fit – aligned to our 4H principles.
2. Requirements:
• Be detailed and quality oriented as well as have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to proficiently study work processes and requirements from English documents and resources
• Be able to learn from an error and develop prevention or improvement.
• Possibility to work on weekends or overtime if required. (flexible schedule)
Nice to have:
• Work experience on KYB and KYC cases
• Be able to proficiently use all Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace tools
• Experience in payment fraud/risk, especially for Fintech
3. Salary and Benefits:
• Gross salary based on your experience and skills.
• Service voucher of Grab: 300.000 VND/month.
• 100% salary in 2-month probation period.
• Full insurance package as required by the Law (after 2-month probation period).
• Sign contract with Talentnet.
