Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange trucking services to support daily operational requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with trucking vendors and transportation partners.
- Source and secure trucks promptly to meet customer and operational demands.
- Monitor and follow up on trucking movements to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company, vendors, drivers, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth transportation activities.
- Provide regular updates on shipment and trucking status to internal teams and customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding operations.
- Strong network of trucking vendors and transportation service providers.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent or last-minute trucking requests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with trucking operations, scheduling, and transportation documentation.
- Willing to be on-call and available outside regular working hours when operationally required.
