Job description for TREVO ID - Fleet Management Associate at Trevo Indonesia
- Managing escalation case from the car owners
- Look out for suspicious booking and potential fraud based on data
- Evidence gathering and compose report for accident case/late return/fraud case/claim process
- Execute and improve accident and late return SOP
- Monitor high risk booking and improve the metrics
- Working closely with TREVO Operated team to ensure all SOP are running well
- Able to join on the ground team and with the car owner in order to resolved the problem
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from reputable university, law degree is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in incident handling or vehicle insurance
- Experience in handling police report is preferred
- Good analysis and communication skill
- Willing to work and support on-ground team occasionally
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
