Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell treasury products such as foreign exchange, money market instruments, and hedging solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Monitor market trends and provide market updates and insights to clients.
Understand client needs and offer customized treasury solutions accordingly.
Coordinate with internal departments (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports and updates for management as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury sales or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of treasury products and financial markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and client-oriented.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Based in or willing to relocate to Medan.
