Job description for Treasury Officer at PT Orson Indonesia
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Process and monitor daily local and international bank transfers through corporate banking platforms, including ACH, Wire, SEPA, and SWIFT transactions.
- Record outgoing payments and incoming receipts accurately and ensure transactions are properly documented.
- Process payments in accordance with the company's Delegation of Authority and Maker-Checker procedures.
- Prepare and submit required banking documents, including trade finance instruments, drawdown requests, and other bank-related documentation.
- Coordinate FX rate bookings with banks for cross-border payments and monitor foreign currency transactions.
- Prepare and process loan drawdowns, monitor loan principal and interest obligations, and ensure timely debt servicing.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations by matching system transactions with bank statements and promptly investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare regular cash position, bank transaction, debt, and treasury-related reports for management.
- Maintain loan schedules and ensure accurate monthly interest accruals in the accounting system.
- Prepare financial certificates, covenant documentation, and other information required by banks and lenders in accordance with agreed reporting requirements.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Banking Operations, or a related position, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational company.
- Strong understanding of cash management, bank transactions, bank reconciliation, foreign exchange, loans, and debt administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using ERP/accounting systems and corporate internet banking platforms.
- Experience handling SWIFT transactions, FX booking, trade finance, loan drawdowns, debt servicing, and lender covenant reporting would be an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, numerically accurate, organized, trustworthy, and able to work with confidential financial information under strict deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working proficiency in English.
