General Requirements
- Female, aged 18–45 years old.
- Minimum high school/vocational school diploma (healthcare, nursing, midwifery, caregiving, or related backgrounds are preferred).
- Passionate about working with children and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Patient, responsible, trustworthy, and professional.
- Physically and mentally fit.
- No criminal record.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
- Flexible with working hours based on the family's travel schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience caring for infants, toddlers, or children.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
- Valid passport is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English (basic to intermediate level).
- Willingness to stay with the family during travel assignments when required.
