We are looking for someone who enjoys working in the travel industry, assisting customers, and managing day-to-day reservations. This role combines reservation operations, customer communication, and basic product/database updates, making it ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced travel environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage online reservations and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers via WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.
- Perform basic product and database updates.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support weekend reservation operations remotely on Saturdays and Sundays.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
- Based in Bali.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in tourism, hospitality, and the travel industry.
- Comfortable using computers, online booking platforms, and digital tools.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Work Schedule
- Hybrid working model.
