Travel Planner Freelance – Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Tourism, Hospitality, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory). Additional languages are a plus.
- Passionate about travel, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and online communication tools.
- Fast learner and willing to continuously improve product knowledge.
- Able to work remotely with a stable internet connection and personal laptop.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends or public holidays when needed.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or customer service industry is an advantage, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Bali destinations, luxury hotels, restaurants, and activities is a plus.
- Sales experience or the ability to convert inquiries into bookings is highly preferred.
- Able to handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
