Job description for Travel Consultant at PT Golden Nusajaya
Job description:
1. Perform GDS and Non GDS reservations & ticketing for International and Domestic.
2. Supplying clients with pertinent information related to travel arrangements from air ticket, accommodation, travel document, insurance and transportation rental.
3. Assist traveler to be in line with their company travel policy, health & safety, reporting process.
4. Diagnose traveler problem and complaint and work with the supervisor to provide a possible solution.
5. Deliver a high level service with attention to details and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
1. Preferably Bachelor degree or diploma of tourism education background.
2. Wide knowledge and experience in the travel industry preferably in corporate travel.
3. Minimum 3 years experience in Reservations & Ticketing.
4. GDS certificate basic ticketing & reservations (Preferably Amadeus)
Knowledge relate to OBT (Online Booking Tools) e.g. Opsigo, Opsicorp, Cytric, Concur will be an advantage.
5. Ability to work independently and handle pressure with poise.
6. Have good written and oral communication skills in Indonesian and English.
