Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Greater Yogyakarta. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, making reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include planning itineraries, booking accommodations and transportation, and ensuring that all travel plans meet the clients' requirements and preferences.

Qualifications

1. Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
2. Familiar with many destinations and attractions in Java, Bali, NTB, NTT, and other Indonesia's tourism destinations.
3. Research and design travel packages
4. Proficiency managing & creating travel arrangements, itineraries for cultural, leisure, adventure experiences etc.
5. Create and develop new product ideas.
6. Strong Customer Service skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
9. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
10. Familiarity with travel software and booking systems is a plus
11. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
12. Fluent in English (Business Purpose)
13. Understands other languages is a plus
