Overview:
Join us as a Travel Consultant (B2B) and take the lead in growing our network of travel agents and B2B partners. You'll handle the inquiry from our client and your job is to convert that pipeline into closing deals and tours.
As a valued team member, you'll also have the exciting opportunity to travel to Japan to accompany client tours, building stronger connections and ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop incoming inquiries from B2B travel agents from start to finish until conversion into closing (booking tour)
Handle communication with client pipeline through emails and Whatsapp aiming for sales and successful B2B deals
Creates tour proposals and quotations, able to present & pitch to the client in a persuasive way.
Conduct coordination with the operation team and Tour planner.
If needed, hunt new clients, build lists of pipelines of new travel agents to promote our service
Follow up and manage projects until completion
Oversee multiple clients simultaneously
Requirements:
Strong familiarity in the Travel Industry or previously worked in Travel agent
Have 2-3 years experience as a Sales person
Strong communication skills, fast response on text & phone call
Able to make quotations and draft light itineraries
Japanese language skill is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-driven and results-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple clients and timelines
