Job description for Transmission Coordinator (Service Delivery) at PT Comtronics Systems

Tanggung Jawab:

Mengatur dan mengawasi kegiatan survey, instalasi, aktivasi, maintenance, dan troubleshooting tim Service Delivery.
Menyusun dan mengelola jadwal kerja tim serta memastikan distribusi tugas sesuai prioritas dan SLA.
Melakukan kontrol kualitas hasil pekerjaan dan memastikan kesesuaian dengan SOP, standar teknis, K3, dan ISMS.
Memantau progres pekerjaan harian, menangani kendala operasional, serta melakukan eskalasi bila diperlukan.
Berkoordinasi aktif dengan tim terkait untuk kelancaran proses delivery pekerjaan.
Memastikan ketersediaan material, perangkat, dan perlengkapan kerja tim lapangan.
Menyusun laporan operasional dan memberikan evaluasi rutin terkait kinerja tim serta rekomendasi perbaikan.
