- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Mandarin Literature
- Fluent in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); HSK certification is an advantage.
- Experienced in interpreting and translating documents, meetings, and daily business communication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience translating technical or manufacturing-related documents.
- Experience assisting communication between local and Chinese staff.
- Able to provide consecutive interpretation during meetings and factory operations.
