Translator Mandarin

Job Description

1. Assist and accompany foreign executives during meetings, site visits, and company events.
2. Provide accurate real-time interpretation between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
3. Translate business and administrative documents clearly and on time.
4. Support foreign staff in understanding local culture and workplace coordination.
5. Arrange schedules, business trips, and meeting requirements as needed by the company.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Language, Chinese Literature, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin.
3. HSK Level 4–6 is preferred.
4. Experience in translation or interpretation is an advantage.
5. Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a professional environment.
6. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Capable of maintaining confidentiality of company documents and information.
8. Familiar with Microsoft Office and translation tools is a plus.
9. Understanding of business, production, or technical terminology is an advantage.
