BASS Training Center & Consultant is currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Training Officer.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to grow in the field of training, business development, and professional services.
Qualifications:
• Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree), preferably from Psychology, Public Relations, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Active, proactive, and highly motivated individual
• Strong interest in training, education, and people development
• Able to prepare proposals and handle client communication up to closing deals
• Good understanding of product knowledge development
• Familiar with social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop training program offerings
• Prepare training proposals and client presentations
• Communicate with potential clients and follow up leads
• Support sales process from initial contact to deal closing
• Manage and update company social media platforms
• Assist in coordinating training events and programs
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
