Requirement:
1. Min. D3 or S1 majoring in Psychology or Hospitality from a reputable university:
2. Have min. 5-10 years in a 3 or 4 star hotel
3. Certified trainers from international hotel chains will be an advantage

Goal-oriented Highly committed, friendly & energetic
5. Plan an overall training plan for all departments:
6. Evaluate and analyze training needs and plans across all job functions to improve work productivity
7. Training program effectiveness report:

9. Motivate, provide guidance and advice to the team
