Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programs for employees

- Identify training needs and evaluate training effectiveness

- Prepare training materials, modules, and assessments

- Support employee development initiatives and skill improvement

- Coordinate training schedules and documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Education, or related field

- Minimum 5 year experience in training, learning & development, or related field

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Able to create engaging training materials

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Training certification is a MUST
