Job description for Trainer Perpajakan at Talenesia
Jobdesc
- Collaborate with Talenesia's learning team in designing, evaluating, and iterating learning modules and other materials
- Facilitate learning process through interactive and student-centered online workshop with experiential learning approach
- Allocate approximately 4 hours during the teaching week to prepare materials and classroom activities in collaboration with Talenesia learning team
- Deliver one of following learning: basic accounting, excel for accounting, book keeping, balance sheet, financial reporting, tax, and regulation, asset and inventory management, as well as utilizing accounting software (e.g. Jurnal.id)
- Actively contributing to Talenesia's series of educator development training and workshop
Requirement
- Possess 5 years of experience in Tax, Accounting, or Finance
- Experience in working or supervising multiple functions under Tax, Accounting, or Finance degree is a plus but not mandatory
- Passionate in people development, especially for the underserved youth coming from low-mid socio-economic status and non-top tier university
- An active listener who has strong empathy
- Open-minded, creative, and resourceful in assissting students to solve student's larning problem in their career development
- Strong belief in human ability to learn (growth mindset) and has a huge appetite for learning
- Interested to develop competencies in teaching/facilitating/coaching
