Job description for TRAINER GURU BACA TULIS at Sempoa SIP Group

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Membimbing, mendampingi, dan memberikan feedback kepada guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas mengajar
Melakukan observasi dan evaluasi terhadap performa guru serta efektivitas pembelajaran di kelas
Membantu mengembangkan, memperbarui, dan menyesuaikan materi training sesuai kebutuhan
Mendukung peningkatan kualitas akademik dan implementasi metode pembelajaran di cabang
Memberikan training dan onboarding kepada Guru Baca Tulis

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1, diutamakan dari jurusan Pendidikan, PGPAUD, PGSD, Psikologi, Sastra Indonesia, atau bidang terkait
Memiliki pengalaman mengajar anak, khususnya usia dini atau sekolah dasar minimal 2 tahun
Memahami metode pembelajaran baca tulis, classroom management, dan student engagement
Komunikatif, sabar, detail, proaktif
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai trainer, koordinator guru, academic staff, atau posisi sejenis menjadi nilai tambah
