Job description for Trainer (F&B) at PT Rahayu Arumdhani International
- Identifying the training needs of individuals and teams within the organization.
- Develop and update training modules for soft and hard skills that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Delivering or overseeing the delivery of training programs to employees.
- Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews.
- Updating and improving training materials and methods based on feedback and changing organizational needs.
- Have a good grasp of end-to-end Training Systems.
- Responsible for Training Need Analysis (TNA), training schedule, training implementation and training evaluation.
- Managing the training budget effectively, including cost-effective solutions for training delivery.
Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years of experience as a trainer in Food and Beverage(F&B) Industry.
- Experience developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Good command of English spoken & written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Well groomed is a must & able to join immediately.
- Willing to be placed at Head Office, Fatmawati South Jakarta.
