🎯 YOUR ROLE
Deliver training & facilitate learning programs.
- Develop engaging and practical learning materials.
- Facilitate Technical Skills, Service Excellence & Leadership training.
- Conduct simulations, role plays, discussions, and practical sessions.
- Evaluate participants and provide feedback & coaching.
- Collaborate with the team to develop impactful learning programs.
✨ WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experienced as Trainer, Facilitator, Corporate Trainer, L&D, or similar role.
- Experienced in conducting corporate training.
- Strong public speaking & facilitation skills.
- Able to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
- Experienced in Service Excellence, Technical Training, and/or Leadership is a plus.
- Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
