Job description for Trainee Technician HVAC at Veranda Hotels & Residences
Responsibilities :
- Solve technical issue (MEP & HVAC)
- Plan and execute scheduled inspection and maintenance HVAC each room
- Handle STP system
- Finish projects on time and within budget
- Communicate with co-workers
Requirements :
- Minimal Bachelor degree (S1) in engineering field (Mechanical/HVAC/others related)
- Minimal 2 Years experience in Hotel/Apartment building/Property Management/Office tower (is a must)
- Experience in HVAC, Technical & Electric Process
- Able to use AutoCAD is a plus
- Good communication skill
- Attitude to eagerly and curiously learn new knowledge
- Strong analytical thinking both qualitative & quantitative and problem solving
