Job description for TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE at Blesscom
What You'll Be Doing:
-Support brand activation programs across trade channels – ensuring execution excellence at the point of sale.
-Coordinate the implementation of commercial tools (DMS, SFA, merchandising platforms) in collaboration with distributor and field teams.
-Manage training sessions, onboarding, and daily support for distributor sales teams.
-Track and report on tool adoption, execution KPIs, and post-activation insights.
-Work cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Distributor Management teams to align activation plans with business goals.
What We're Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
-2–4 years of experience in brand activation, trade marketing, or field marketing (FMCG experience preferred).
-Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal (must-have).
-Familiarity with commercial systems (DMS, SFA, etc.) is a big plus.
-Excellent coordination, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
-Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
