Job description for Tour Driver at Balitrip WIsata
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation services for guests to airports, hotels, tourist attractions, and other designated destinations across Bali.
- Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a courteous, professional, and welcoming attitude while assisting guests with luggage and travel-related needs.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, roadworthy, and compliant with company safety standards through routine inspections and timely reporting of any issues.
- Coordinate effectively with the Operations team regarding schedules, route planning, traffic conditions, and guest requests to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Represent BaliTrip Wisata professionally by demonstrating good knowledge of Bali’s destinations and culture, maintaining a professional appearance, and upholding the company’s service standards at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum education: Senior High School / Vocational High School (SMA/SMK).
- Possess a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) with a good driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a driver, preferably in the tourism, hospitality, or transportation industry.
- Good knowledge of Bali’s roads, tourist destinations, and local culture, with the ability to use navigation applications such as Google Maps.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills, a professional attitude, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays are preferred.
