Job Description :
- Handle inquiries and bookings for customized multi-day trips from international clients.
- Create detailed itineraries based on clients’ preferences, travel plans, and budgets.
- Prepare quotations, calculate trip costs, and ensure each trip meets the company’s target profit margin.
- Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, tour guides, and other vendors to ensure smooth trip arrangements.
- Communicate with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure a positive travel experience.
- Monitor ongoing trips and proactively resolve operational issues or unexpected changes.
- Ensure booking details, itineraries, quotations, and other travel documents are accurate and well-organized.
- Follow up on inquiries and potential clients to improve conversion rates and secure bookings.
- Maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Monitor personal performance and achieve assigned targets related to productivity, response time, booking accuracy, and profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tour operations, travel consulting, travel planning, or a related field.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Indonesian destinations, travel routes, accommodations, and tourism activities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple trips simultaneously.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of taking initiative without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Able to make decisions, solve problems, and respond quickly to changing situations.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
