- Assist in handling customer inquiries related to tour packages
- Support the creation of travel itineraries and tour planning
- Help with administrative tasks (booking, documentation, data input)
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth tour operations
- Learn end-to-end process of tour consulting
Requirements:
- Active university student from Tourism / Hospitality / Travel-related major
- Open for internship / mandatory campus program (PKL / Magang)
- Strong interest in travel and tourism industry
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to work in a team
