Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, hotels, tour operators, and recreational facilities.
Conduct market research and identify new business and partnership opportunities.
Proactively approach hotels and tour operators to establish partnerships and negotiate contracts.
Negotiate and secure the best rates, offers, and conditions for our customers.
Provide professional and personalized travel advice to customers based on their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, tour providers, and other business partners.
Continuously research new services, destinations, and opportunities to improve our travel offerings.
Training & Support: All necessary training, guidance, and communication channels will be provided under the supervision of management.
