Marketing Executive – Tour & Travel
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Tour & Travel team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our travel products, building strong relationships with clients and business partners, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with corporate clients, schools, communities, and other organizations to develop travel programs and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's tour, travel, and Umrah packages to individuals, corporate clients, schools, communities, and other organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Prepare customized travel proposals and itineraries based on clients' requirements and budgets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of travel programs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and travel arrangements with clients and partners.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Attend business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and travel fairs as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Tourism or Business graduates are preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in travel marketing, tourism sales, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to market and sell travel products effectively.
- Experienced in preparing and handling tour & travel itineraries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Existing network and client database within corporate companies, schools, communities, or organizations is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to travel for business meetings and client visits.
- Holds a valid Class A/C driver's license.
- Fluent in English is an advantage.
