PPIC Officer dan title Tools & Consumables Officer bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan kebutuhan alat dan bahan produksi serta koordinasi dengan berbagai departemen terkait untuk memastikan kelancaran proses produksi. Tugas utama meliputi pemantauan stok alat dan bahan konsumsi, pengajuan pembelian, koordinasi dengan supplier, penyusunan laporan kebutuhan produksi, serta membantu dalam pengelolaan administrasi terkait peralatan dan bahan produksi. Posisi ini juga memerlukan kemampuan analitis untuk mengevaluasi efisiensi penggunaan alat dan bahan serta memberikan rekomendasi peningkatan kinerja.
