Company Description
Compawnion is Indonesia's leading fresh dog food company driven by love and science. With our goal to change the landscape of the pet food industry, we would like to partner with you as Tiktok Specialist in this movement.
Qualification
- Script, shoot, and edit high-volume TikTok videos daily, using native transitions, effects, and trending audio
- Collaborate with the commerce team to create video assets that drive traffic to TikTok Shop
- Create high-converting, non-ad-looking video creatives optimized for ads
- Track TikTok-specific metrics (video retention rates, watch time, sound performance, comment sentiment) to continuously optimize the content funnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of dedicated experience managing brand TikTok accounts
- Expert mastery of mobile editing apps (CapCut) and TikTok's in-app creation tools
- Deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm, SEO (search optimization within TikTok), hashtag strategies, and community engagement style
- Ability to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish relevant content within hours of a trend breaking
- Strong storytelling abilities, excellent time management, and a highly collaborative problem-solving mindset
