We are a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for highly social, outgoing, and proactive individuals to help grow our TikTok Shop affiliate program. In this role, you will identify, recruit, and manage content creators and affiliates who can promote our products and drive sales.
Type: Remote Internship
Internship Period: 3 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 20:00 – 4:00 (Jakarta Time, aligned with US business hours)
Salary: IDR 3,000,000 / month

About the Role
As a TikTok Shop Affiliate Intern, you will play a key role in expanding our affiliate network by building relationships with creators and managing affiliate partnerships. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, networking, influencer marketing, and social media.
Responsibilities
* Identify and reach out to potential TikTok affiliates and content creators.
* Build and maintain relationships with creators and affiliate partners.
* Follow up with affiliates to ensure content is created and published on schedule.
* Coordinate product sampling and campaign activities.
* Track affiliate performance and maintain accurate records.
* Assist in managing affiliate campaigns and promotional activities.
* Monitor market trends and competitor affiliate strategies.
* Prepare reports on affiliate outreach and campaign results.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Active user of TikTok and familiar with TikTok Shop.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Comfortable communicating with creators and influencers.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
* Fluent English communication skills.
* Previous experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, sales, customer relations, or outreach activities is a plus.
