Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Familiar with TikTok Shop operational processes, including product listing, store maintenance, campaign execution, and data management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in TikTok Shop operations or e-commerce operations.
- Experience in the e-commerce, pet products, pet food, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred; English proficiency is considered a plus.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist the person in charge of TikTok Shop operations with daily store operations in the Indonesia market, including product management, store maintenance, and operational execution.
- Complete daily store operation tasks as assigned by the person in charge, including product listing optimization, product titles, keywords, main images, detail pages, and key selling point adjustments.
- Assist in the execution of TikTok Shop platform activities, including campaign registration, coupon setup, promotional activities, and related operational tasks.
- Assist with TikTok content operations, including competitor research, trending content analysis, and collecting relevant video materials.
- Collect and organize store operation data, including sales data, traffic data, product performance, and campaign records, and provide reports to the person in charge.
- Complete other operation-related tasks assigned by the person in charge.
