Job Description
realme Bali is looking for a local Indonesian TikTok Live Operations Specialist to support our TikTok live streaming sales team. This role will assist daily live sessions, monitor host performance, manage live room activities, and help the team achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Assist and monitor TikTok live streaming sessions on-site.
Support hosts during live sessions to maintain good rhythm, energy, and audience engagement.
Monitor host performance and give real-time reminders or suggestions when needed.
Post product links during live sessions according to the selling flow.
Set up and launch live activities such as giveaways, flash sales, vouchers, and other promotions.
Reply to audience comments and help guide viewers toward purchase.
Keep the live room active, engaging, and well-organized.
Ensure the host presents products clearly and professionally.
Work with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Record basic live performance data, including viewers, engagement, orders, and sales results.
Coordinate with hosts, content, sales, and operation teams before and after each live session.
Requirements
Indonesian local candidate, preferably based in Bali.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English or Chinese is a plus.
Familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop, live streaming, or e-commerce.
Good communication skills and fast response during live sessions.
Able to work under pressure and react quickly during live situations.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and target-driven.
Experience in TikTok Live, Shopee Live, e-commerce, retail, or smartphone sales is preferred.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or campaign days when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hosts, influencers, or live streamers.
Understanding of Indonesian online shopping behavior.
Familiar with smartphone products or consumer electronics.
Comfortable using TikTok Seller Center or similar e-commerce tools.
Strong sense of live streaming rhythm, promotion timing, and audience interaction
