Job description for TikTok KOL Specialist at PT Realway Media Indonesia

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mengelola kampanye digital dengan efektivitas tinggi menggunakan alat pemasaran seperti TikTok.
Memantau dan meningkatkan hubungan dengan Influencer (KOL) untuk memastikan partisipasi yang optimal dalam kampanye.
Meningkatkan visibilitas merek melalui konten yang menarik dan interaktif di platform TikTok.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim untuk merancang dan menyusun rencana kampanye yang komprehensif.
Mengumpulkan data dan analisis terkait performa kampanye untuk memberikan laporan yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan.

REQUIREMENTS:

Pengalaman 3-5 tahun di bidang digital marketing / KOL / related field.
Diutamakan memilki pengalaman di industri FnB, Hospitallty, atau Attraction (travel, tourism, dll.).
Memahami dasar digital marketing & social media strategy.
Komunikatif dan memiliki kemampuan public speaking yang baik.
Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan di lingkungan fast-paced.
Proaktif, inisiatif tinggi, dan up-to-date dengan tren.
Mampu berbahasa Inggris aktif.
Mampu berbahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai tambah.
