- Oversee the affiliate program, handling requirement, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with affiliates.
- Scout and onboard new affiliate partners to broaden our network and reach diverse audiences.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission rates, and payment terms effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams for creating affiliate-friendly promotional materials and campaigns.
- Offer support and resources to affiliates for maximizing their performance and achieving results.
- Monitor affiliate activities, performance metrics, and oprimize campaigns for better outcomes.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of any affiliate programs.
- Min 1 years work experience in the sales department, affiliate management, social media department.
- Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation, public speaking, and influencing skills.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, solution based attitude.
- High self-motivation and target oriented.
- Willing to work Hybrid in Pejaten Barat, South Jakarta.
