What We’re Looking For
- Live and breathe TikTok trends, and know how to turn them into content.
- Confident creating quick, fun videos with just a phone (editing + production team will supports )
- Love engaging with followers and building a strong community
- Understand TikTok Shop & affiliate system — from finding, recruiting, to managing creators to generate sales.
- Comfortable reaching out and building partnerships with creators/affiliates.
- Energetic, creative, and excited to grow with the brand
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Run our TikTok account day-to-day: posting, replying, engaging.
- Create quick, fun, trend-driven videos (don’t worry, editing support provided).
- Track performance: followers, views, engagement, sales.
- Connect with TikTok creators & affiliates to boost brand visibility and revenue
- Support the ads/performance team by preparing content needs for advertising campaigns — including content ideas, raw footage shooting, trend research, and helping execute fast-moving ad content.

- Work setup: 80% in-office, 20% hybrid.
