We're Hiring TikTok Growth & Content Manager (In-House)

Patatas Group are scalling our F&B brands and need a TikTok lead to run paid ads and organic strategy.
You will jump straight into our tight creative crew of three: a designer, a content creator, and a brand manager.
We keep our tech stack lean and fast, relying on CapCut, Trello, and Google Workspace.

What You’ll Do :

1. Script: Write 3–5 high-hook food video concepts weekly.

2. Produce: Direct our content creator on aesthetic food and lifestyle shoots.

3. Design: Brief our designers on text overlays and graphic assets.

4. Run Ads: Build and optimize campaigns inside TikTok Ads Manager.

5. Analyze: Check native analytics weekly to scale what drives sales.

What You Bring :

1. Portfolio: Proof of short-form food videos you have shipped.

2. Ad Skills: Hands-on experience inside native TikTok Ads Manager.

3. Speed: Fast editing loops using CapCut and trending audio.

4. Culture: Fluid understanding of current TikTok trends and hooks.
