Unscentsored is a leading fragrance media platform in Indonesia, focused on storytelling, reviews, and community-driven insights.

Qualifications

* Strong interest in the fragrance industry (local, designer, middle eastern)

* Active TikTok user who understands the trends, formats, and the algorithm

* Has taste and a clear point of view (not just trend-following)

* Comfortable being on camera as a recurring “face” of the brand

* Able to turn fragrance topics into engaging and relatable content

* Up to date with pop culture and lifestyle trends

Requirements

* At least a diploma graduate is required or final year with no classes to attend.

* Create daily TikTok videos (from ideation to execution)

* Develop content across multiple angles: educational, opinion-based, story telling, trend content.

* Basic video editing skills (CapCut / TikTok editor is fine)

* Explorative mindset, aware of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices

* Able to work WFO from West Jakarta

* (Plus) Proven track record of high-performing or viral content

* (Plus) Fluent in English
