Job Description :

* Bertanggung jawab atas end-to-end produksi konten TikTok dan Instagram, mulai dari ideation, research, shooting, editing, coloring, hingga upload.

* Mengembangkan konsep dan format konten yang relevan dengan brand, audience, tren, dan objective campaign.

* Melakukan shooting, talent briefing/directing, serta memastikan kualitas materi konten sesuai dengan creative brief.

* Mendukung produksi TikTok Live, Sales, dan Campaign Content sesuai kebutuhan.

* Berkolaborasi dengan tim Content dan tim terkait untuk menghasilkan konten yang engaging, relevant, dan sesuai dengan objective campaign.

Job Requirement :

* Memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Content Creator, Content Creative, TikTok Specialist, atau posisi sejenis.

* Menguasai content ideation, research, videography, talent directing, video editing, dan coloring.

* Memahami TikTok & Instagram trends, short-form content, dan audience behavior.

* Menguasai CapCut serta familiar dengan Google Workspace, Pinterest, TikTok, dan Instagram.

* Memiliki creative thinking, communication & collaboration, proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, serta mampu bekerja dengan deadline.
