Tiktok Content Creator
Role Overview
Scuse Me is a local perfume brand based in Jakarta. We have online and offline presence across Indonesia (Jakarta, Depok, Bandung, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, Bali, Palembang). We're looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team as a Content Creator.
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
- 1–2+ years of experience creating TikTok content.
- Strong understanding of TikTok culture and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Comfortable being on camera or creating simple UGC-style content.
- Able to shoot and edit simple videos independently.
- Fast, proactive, and comfortable producing content consistently.
- Willing to experiment, fail, learn, and try again.
- Understands that good content isn't always the prettiest content.
Big plus:
- Experience with beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG brands.
- Experience as an affiliator in Tiktok.
- Experience managing a TikTok account from ideation to posting.
- Basic understanding of content analytics and performance marketing.
- Has built or managed a personal TikTok/Instagram account.
- Has examples of content that generated strong organic reach or sales.
You should be someone who:
- Naturally consumes a lot of TikTok.
- Notices trends before everyone else does.
- Can turn random observations into content ideas.
- Cares about both creativity AND results.
Qualifications:
- Strong Tiktok content / affiliate portfolio.
- Profiency in Capcut or other video editing apps.
- Independent and self driven.
