Job description for TikTok Commerce Specialist at Keyventure Grup

Responsibilities:

Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi TikTok Shop untuk meningkatkan GMV, orders, dan conversion
Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan TikTok Shop, termasuk produk, pricing, campaign, voucher, dan promotion
Menentukan produk dan campaign yang perlu diprioritaskan berdasarkan data dan objective bisnis
Mengembangkan strategi TikTok Affiliate, Creator, dan Live Commerce untuk meningkatkan sales
Menganalisis performa TikTok, kompetitor, customer behavior, dan market trends untuk menemukan growth opportunity
Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan budget campaign dan advertising
Berkolaborasi dengan tim Content, Marketing, Live, Warehouse, dan Customer Service untuk memastikan strategi TikTok berjalan efektif
Membuat laporan performa serta memberikan insight dan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan sales
Menyusun dan mengeksekusi growth plan TikTok untuk mencapai target bisnis perusahaan

Requirements:

Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di E-Commerce, Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Social Commerce, atau posisi serupa
Memiliki pengalaman mengembangkan TikTok Shop dari nol
Memahami TikTok Shop, TikTok Affiliate, Creator, Live Commerce, Campaign, dan Ads
Memiliki pengalaman menyusun dan menjalankan strategi sales/growth
Mampu membaca dan menganalisis GMV, traffic, conversion rate, orders, AOV, dan ROAS
Mampu menentukan prioritas produk, campaign, dan budget berdasarkan data
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri, mengambil keputusan, dan memiliki strong ownership
Komunikatif dan mampu berkolaborasi dengan berbagai tim
Target-oriented, analytical, proactive, dan fast learner
