Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 1–3 years of experience in TikTok KOL/Influencer Marketing, preferably in the Indonesian market or pet industry.
- Fluent in English and/or Indonesian, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong skills in planning, project management, business negotiation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Data-driven and result-oriented, with the ability to analyze ROI and optimize campaign performance.
- Target-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience and overseas brand development background are a plus.
Job Description:
- Support KOL/influencer marketing campaigns for the Indonesian TikTok pet market.
- Source and manage KOLs, KOCs, creators, and local MCN partners.
- Handle end-to-end influencer collaboration, from negotiation to content posting.
- Ensure content quality, brand alignment, and localization for the Indonesian market.
- Monitor campaign performance, GMV, ROI, and marketing costs.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and influencer seeding activities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Advertising, and Design teams.
- Monitor TikTok trends, platform rules, competitors, and market insights.
- Coordinate influencer schedules based on product inventory and campaign needs.
