Job description for Tiktok Affiliate Live Specialist Internship at PT DEXTER INTERNATIONAL INDONESIA
Responsibilities:
- Help Tiktok Affiliate team in acquiring and onboarding potential creators who suit brand persona the most
- Assist Tiktok Affiliate in developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness on Tiktok
- Build and manage good relationships with creators on a daily basis
- Analyze affiliate performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
1. Active in Tiktok as content creator/affiliator
2. Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
3. Having experience in mom & baby industry is a PLUS
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
5. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
6. Basic understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce trends, and affiliate platforms
7. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
