Job description for TikTok Ads Specialist at F-COMMERCE INDONESIA

Job Description:

Manage and optimize manual ads campaigns (TikTok & Shopee)
Handle upper to middle funnel campaigns (RnF, Video Views, Consideration, Community Interaction, etc.).
Develop creative strategy & content refreshment to improve performance.
Monitor and analyze ads performance (engagement & conversion metrics.
Create reports and trackers that are clear and easy for clients to understand.
Collaborate with internal team to achieve campaign goals.

Job Requirements:

Min. 2–3 years experience in digital ads / performance marketing.
Familiar with TikTok Ads Manager (upper–middle funnel campaign).
Understand creative logic & content performance.
Strong in data analysis & reporting.
Excel skills is a must.
Good communication and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
