Role Description
We are looking for a TikTok Ads Specialist to join our team in Pluit, North Jakarta. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing and optimizing TikTok advertising campaigns, driving sales growth, and improving overall campaign performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a TikTok Ads Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns is a must
- Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager, campaign optimization, and performance analytics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in English is a plus
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to maximize ROAS, traffic, and conversions
- Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Stay up to date with TikTok Ads trends, new features, and best practices
