PT TIANCH GLOBAL INDONESIA is a fast-growing digital operations company specializing in TikTok Live Commerce, Influencer Marketing, and Local Lifestyle Services. We connect top merchants with creators to deliver engaging live shopping experiences and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Host daily TikTok Live sessions to promote local dining, entertainment, beauty, and lifestyle products while encouraging viewers to complete purchases.
2. Participate in live stream planning, script preparation, and content optimization by incorporating the latest TikTok trends to create engaging and high-performing live sessions.
3. Interact actively with viewers in real time, answer questions, build audience engagement, and maintain an energetic live atmosphere to improve retention and conversion rates.
4. Collaborate with the operations team on pre-live preparation, short-form video production, and post-live performance reviews.
5. Analyze live stream performance data and continuously improve presentation style, communication, and sales conversion.
6. Maintain a professional brand image and ensure all live stream content complies with TikTok policies and company standards.
   

Job Requirements

1. Native Indonesian speaker; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for communication with the Chinese team.
2. Confident on camera with a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage audiences during live streams.
3. Active, outgoing, and able to interact naturally with viewers while creating an enjoyable live experience.
4. Experience as a TikTok Live Host, Instagram Live Host, or in e-commerce live streaming is preferred.
5. Familiar with TikTok trends, Indonesian consumer behavior, and the local content ecosystem.
6. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
7. Passionate about the live streaming industry, eager to learn new products, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
