Job description for Ticketing at Pt. Bali Safari Marine Park

The Ticketing Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting guests with ticket purchases, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a smooth admission process

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests with ticket purchases, promotions, and package information.
  • Handle cash, credit card, QRIS, and other payment transactions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Issue admission tickets and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Ensure ticket counters and work areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational excellence.
  • Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing, cashier, front office, guest service, or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Fluent English (both oral and written)
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skill
